Individual Therapy

This is traditional counseling. Many people picture a couch and a counselor sitting across from them, which is correct! Those are just a couple elements contributing to a comfortable, safe environment for you to explore your thoughts, emotions, and patterns in life. Talk therapy is a collaborative process leading people to clarity, stability, and a sense of purpose in life.
